Emails waiting for your reply and the day’s work, on one screen.
You know right away where to start.
02
Prepare and edit
OMNI drafts the reply. You read all of it and can change the subject and the text word by word.
Your manual edits are saved exactly as you wrote them.
03
Approve and move on
You check the final content; sending goes through a separate approval. In Agenda you pick a day and add a meeting, task or note.
No email goes out without your approval.
Use cases
Deniz’s Friday project meeting.
One piece of work, three steps. With the sample account from the video: Deniz Aydın and Ece Yılmaz from Kuzey Tasarım.
Prepare an email reply
Ece Yılmaz asks Deniz to confirm Friday’s 14:00 project kickoff. OMNI drafts the reply. Deniz changes the sentence asking for the attendee list to “by Thursday evening”, checks the recipient and the account, and approves the send with Face ID on the iPhone.
Plan the day in Agenda
In Agenda, Deniz picks Friday, 23 October, and adds the 14:00–15:00 “Kuzey Tasarım kickoff meeting”, the task “Send the agenda to Ece” and the note “Ask for the logo and brand files”.
Think it through in Chat
Before the meeting, Deniz writes in Chat: “What should I nail down for the Kuzey Tasarım meeting?” OMNI thinks it through with Deniz and suggests a short prep list.
Phone and web
On your phone and on the web, right there with you.
The same assistant, the same email and the same day, in the iPhone app or in your browser.

Web · Today, on a computer
iPhone
A private beta app, installed by invitation through TestFlight. This is where you approve sends, with Face ID.
Android and computer
In your browser, at your personal web address. You see your email and your day, and you prepare and edit drafts. There’s no separate Android app; for now, sending is approved in OMNI on your iPhone.
Logging in on the web
Open the personal OMNI address you were given.
Sign in with your invite link, or get a code on your iPhone under Profile › Devices › Pair a new device.
If you like, use your browser’s “Add to Home Screen” option to create a shortcut.
OMNI prepares; you make the final call. No email is sent without your approval.
You see the final text
Before anything is sent, you read the whole email exactly as it will go out.
You fix it by hand
Change the subject and the text however you like. The text you save is the text you see in the preview.
Right recipient, right account
The preview shows clearly who the email goes to and which of your accounts it’s sent from.
Sending needs its own approval
Sending needs a separate approval in OMNI on your iPhone, with Face ID or your device passcode. If the draft changes, the old approval no longer counts.
Prepare on the web, approve on your phone.
On the web you read, edit and preview the draft. When you ask for approval on your phone, the request goes to your iPhone; the email is sent only when you approve it there with Face ID. The web never sends email on its own.
FAQ
Short questions, clear answers.
Who can use it?
OMNI is in private beta and used by invitation. Fill in the invite form and we’ll email you setup details when a spot opens. The private beta is free; paid plans will be decided after the beta.
How do I log in?
On iPhone, just open the OMNI app. On the web, open the personal OMNI address you were given: your invite link brings the code with it, or you get a code in OMNI on your iPhone under Profile › Devices › Pair a new device. The steps are on the Log in to OMNI page.
How do I use it on iPhone, Android and a computer?
On iPhone with the private beta app (by invitation, through TestFlight). On an Android phone or a computer in your browser, at your personal web address; there’s no separate Android app. On the web you read, search, prepare and edit drafts; for now, sending is approved in OMNI on your iPhone.
Can I change the text it prepares?
Yes. You read the whole draft and change the subject and the text however you like, then save. Manual edits are saved exactly as written, and the preview updates to the new text.
Will it send anything without my approval?
No. Every send needs a separate approval in OMNI on your iPhone, with Face ID or your device passcode. The approval is tied to the final text you saw; if the text changes, you approve again. There’s no direct sending from the web.
Where do I manage account and data settings?
In the app’s Profile tab: Devices (including your web sessions), Notification settings, and Privacy and data. To draft replies and summaries, the relevant email content is sent to our AI providers (Anthropic and OpenAI); details, and how to delete your invite request, are on the Privacy page.
