This page explains what information we process on omnivsn.com and in the OMNI invite form, and why.

- We don’t use cookies, and there are no ad or tracking tools.
- We use cookieless Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits. It doesn’t build a profile that identifies you.
- The phone examples on the page use sample data only: they connect to no account, send no email and use no microphone.
Invite form
- What we collect: your email address, your name if you add it, your language, the date of your request and which product it is for (OMNI or Agent OS). If you choose to tell us: your email provider, how many emails you get a day and your role. To let you delete your request, we also keep an irreversible hash of your delete code, never the code itself.
- Why: only to send your invite to the OMNI private beta (for Agent OS: to tell you when early access opens) and to contact you about it. We don’t add you to marketing lists, and we never sell or share your details.
- Where: stored on Cloudflare infrastructure, on servers in Europe. New requests are sent to our team as a Telegram notification.
- Abuse prevention: to limit repeated attempts, we keep an irreversible hash of your IP address for at most one day.
- How long: for the duration of the beta. It’s deleted when the beta ends, or whenever you ask.
Deleting your request
When you sent the form, we showed you a delete code. Enter your email address and that code below; your request is deleted immediately.
No code? (If you signed up before October 18, 2026, or lost the code.) Use I have no code to leave a request. We’ll write to you from hello@omnivsn.com to confirm the address is yours, and delete your request once it’s confirmed.
The OMNI app
The app’s own privacy policy will be published on this page when OMNI launches on the App Store. In short: every email send requires your approval, mail connection details are stored encrypted, and to draft replies the relevant email content is sent to our AI providers (Anthropic and OpenAI). Your data is never sold or used for advertising.
